In 1991 we realized that a lot of our retail customers were asking us to do light repairs at their stores that had nothing to do with HVAC systems.

We were asked to repair lighting, unclog toilets, replace circuit breakers, paint walls, replace tile, fix door closers..... and we were turning this work down.

 

In 1992 the Retail Services Division was born.

Our research said that most National Retailers were finding it very hard to find Quality people to do the many small repair services that they needed.

 

We deceided that we didn’t want to tackle serving the whole country, just the Chicagoland area.

We now work through National Service Companies affilliated with PRSM, or directly with National Retailers
